These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, so please read them carefully. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1.    General 1.1. Mob Attire is an online platform for purchasing apparel products. 1.2. By using our website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian. 1.3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

2.    User Accounts 2.1. In order to access certain features of our website, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. 2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your user account. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account. 2.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.    Product Information and Pricing 3.1. We strive to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that the information is error-free, complete, or current. 3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. 3.3. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4.    Intellectual Property 4.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mob Attire and protected by intellectual property laws. 4.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on our website without our prior written consent.

5.    Payment and Shipping 5.1. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and may accept other online payment methods. Payment information is encrypted and securely processed. 5.2. Shipping and handling fees, as well as applicable taxes, will be added to the total cost of your order. These fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

6.    Returns and Refunds 6.1. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for a return within 7 days of receiving your product. Keep your receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy. 6.2. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. 6.3. Shipping and handling fees, including return fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7.    Limitation of Liability 7.1. Mob Attire and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products. 7.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

8.    Governing Law 8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. 8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia

9.    Severability 9.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Shipping

Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 3-7 working days from your order date. Working days are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Estimated delivery times are usually 2-7 days from your order date, depending on your location in Australia.

Parcel Post (estimated 2+ business days*) A flat rate of $9 will be charged additionally on each order up to $119. Orders over $119 include free shipping within Australia.

Express Post (estimated next business day within the Express Post network* ) A flat rate of $13 will be charged additionally on each order up to $119. Express shipping for orders over $119 will be charged on weight.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address for your purchase, the consumer must pay the same postage fee to have their purchase re-delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for a missing parcel if the address you provided was incorrect. If there is a fault with delivery company, an investigation may take several weeks to complete.

Returns and Exchanges

Please look over the following conditions.

You have up to 7 days from the date you received your package to request a return or exchange.

BEFORE you post your item/s for return, e-mail us at sales@mobattire.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item/s. Forward us the e-mail you received from us with your tax invoice. In the e-mail, include your name, your reason for returning, your order number, and the date your order was processed.

When purchasing, please choose your items carefully as full refunds are only available for faulty items. If you want to return your item due to change of mind, you can opt for either an exchange or credit note. The consumer is responsible for any postage fees upon returning.

Although you have a right to try on items that you purchase, returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all swing tags still attached. Your items must be cared for, folded neatly in the returns parcel with original packaging included. Mob Attire has the right to assess the age and condition of your return/s prior to approving a refund/exchange/credit note. We will provide a returns address if we approve your refund or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be processed, you can opt to choose a refund or an online store credit note.

If your refund has been approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

Sale Items/Seconds - No refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

Credit notes - valid for 180 days from date of exchange.

Missing Parcels

Sometimes parcels go missing. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact us at sales@mobattire.com.au.

Custom Orders - Including Embroidery and Sublimation, and Bulk Orders

If you have a particular idea in mind for a business or personal shirt design or are interested in adding embroidery or sublimation to customize your order, please contact sales@mobattire.com.au and we can look into it for you.

We also cater for bulk orders, but this may take longer to fulfill due to stock. Please contact sales@mobattire.com.au if you are interested in this option.
